The workpieces are transported by dogs on a chain through the different
machining positions (cutting, shaping, drilling, dowelling); constant feed speed of ca. 40 m/min. The machining of the workpieces itself is done in restposition.
Equipment per side:
Cutting station: saw motor with vertical stroke of 100 mm., motor 2,2 kW, 6000rpm
Shaping station: shaping motor with 3,7 kW, 3000 rpm, spindle 30 x 55 mm., pneumatic stroke of about 250 mm, as well as vertical adjustment
Drilling station: drilling unit with pneumatic stroke of 100 mm, drilling blocks with 5 spindles, centers 32 mm.
Dowelling station: 3 inserters for dowels with diameter 8 and 10 mm., dowel-magazine with 6 exits.
Vertical drilling:
4 drilling units hanging on the top beam, movable over the machine width with adjustable position in depth, each with drilling block with 5 spindles, centers 32 mm.
Lateral drilling on the BL25:
3 horizontal drilling units movable over the machine width, each with drilling block with 5 spindles with centers 32 mm
The workpieces coming from the SBFD machine are pushed onto the drilling table of the BL25; after drilling, the support table tilts over 45° so that the workpieces glide onto the return belts and are transported towards the operator in the front
